She provides support and guidance through the emotional, legal, financial, and logistical challenges. \n \tBeverly shared that her pattern of multiple marriages stemmed from seeking validation and attention from men to feel worthy. She realized she needed to do deep personal work and self-awareness to become happy within herself. \n \tBeverly realized after her divorces that she was seeking external validation and attention from men to fill a \"hole in her soul.\" This led to unhealthy relationship patterns. \n \tAs a divorce coach, Beverly helps women analyze their marriage, spouse, and themselves to gain clarity on their situation. She then helps them envision their ideal relationship and compare it to reality to decide if the marriage is worth saving. \n \tBeverly emphasized the importance of processing emotions so they don't hijack decision-making during divorce. Visualizations like locking emotions in a box can help. \n \tLetting go of resentment and anger is critical for healing and moving forward after divorce. Forgiveness is ideal but takes time. Focusing on the present and desired future self is key. \n \tBeverly advised that children are affected by more than just words during divorce - they pick up on body language, actions, and tone. Modeling healthy behavior is important. \n \tPersonal growth work is needed to become the kind of person who can attract a healthy relationship after divorce. \n \tIf she could give one piece of advice to women facing divorce, it would be: don't let your emotions hijack you. Process them so you can think clearly and make good decisions. \n
